Well obviously the religion is going to be crazy. A person not even from this planet is running it. Dawn was sent to comfort Jubal, not Ben. I think you might have mixed up the names. Do you think that one of the secretaries children is Mikes? What did you think about his death?

After I posted I realized I mixed up the names, thanks for the correction. I think that Mike did have a love child with one of the secretaries or two of the three. It was never stated, but sex is a major part of his religion.
His death kind of angered me. I think that he could of avoided being murdered. But there was a strong connection between his story and the story of Jesus in the novel. To make it true, I guess he had to be murdered by humans. But I do not understand why he sacrificied himself. What are your thoughts on it? What did you think of the book as a whole?
